# Delete your account and data (Uninote F2F)

This page explains how to request deletion of your account and data for **Uninote F2F**, the mobile app published by Widsley Inc. (株式会社Widsley) on Google Play and the App Store, and for your Uninote account.

## Request account deletion

1. Send an email to [support@uninote.ai](mailto:support@uninote.ai) from the email address registered with Uninote.
2. Use the subject "Account Deletion Request".
3. Include your registered email address and the name of your organization.

We will verify that the request comes from you, delete the account, and email you when it is done. Account deletion cannot be undone.

## Delete data without deleting your account

You can delete recordings, transcripts and summaries one by one without deleting your account.

* Uninote F2F app: open the recording and choose Delete.
* Web (app.uninote.ai): open the meeting and choose Delete.

To delete other data only, email [support@uninote.ai](mailto:support@uninote.ai) with the subject "Data Deletion Request".

## What is deleted and how long data is kept

| Data | Handling |
| - | - |
| Profile (name, email address, profile picture) and sign-in information | Deleted within 30 days of the request |
| Recordings, transcripts and summaries you created | Deleted within 30 days of the request |
| Backups | Removed by normal backup rotation within 90 days |
| Usage logs | Kept for up to 365 days for operations and security, then deleted |
| Billing and transaction records | Kept for the period required by law |

Meeting data shared within an organization is managed by that organization's administrators. See the [Privacy Policy](https://uninote.ai/en/legal/privacy/) for details.
