# Will downgrades and payment cycle changes be reflected immediately?

<Warning>No. Downgrades and payment cycle changes are **not applied immediately**. They will be reflected as a "scheduled" change from the next renewal date.</Warning>

## A. Changes will take effect from the next renewal date. They will not switch immediately after the operation.

### Applicable Operations

The following operations will all be in a "scheduled" state and will be applied on the next renewal date.

* Downgrading to a lower plan
* Changing the payment cycle (annual to monthly, or monthly to annual)

### Scheduled Change Display

* While scheduled, a "Cancel Change" button will be displayed on the admin screen.

### Restrictions During Scheduling

* While a schedule is set, **all other plan changes or option changes are not allowed**.
* If you wish to make another change, please first cancel the current schedule using "Cancel Change".

### Additional Information

* Upgrades (changing to a higher plan) are applied immediately.
* Changes that are applied immediately will incur prorated calculations.
