# How are credits consumed?

<Tip>Credits are consumed when using AI outbound calls, sending and receiving SMS, and utilizing AI operator features.</Tip>

## A. Consumption rates vary by feature.

Credits are purchased in advance (10,000 credits = 10,000 yen) and are consumed according to the use of the following features. The balance carries over to the next month.

### Behavior when balance is insufficient

* If the credit balance reaches 0 during a call, the call will not be disconnected.

### Auto Recharge

* It is possible to set up automatic credit purchases when the balance falls below a certain value.
