# What are the types and differences of roles (permissions)?

<Tip>There are **three types of roles: Owner, Administrator, and Member**. Each has different access to screens and features.</Tip>

## A. There are three types of roles: Owner, Administrator, and Member.

### Details of Each Role

#### 👑 Owner

* Automatically granted to the user who created the organization. There can only be one owner per organization.
* In addition to all administrator permissions, can **access all history**.

#### 🛡️ Administrator

* Can access all screens including "Meeting," "Monitor," "Calendar," "Editor," "Users," "Licenses," and "Settings."
* Administrator permissions can be granted or changed from the \[Users] screen.

#### 👤 Member

* Can access the screens for "Meeting," "Monitor," "Calendar," and "Editor."
* Cannot access "Users," "Licenses," or "Settings."

<Note>**The timing of role settings varies depending on the invitation method.**</Note>

* Email invitation / CSV bulk: You can select Member or Administrator at the time of invitation.
* Invitation link: The default role after joining is Member. To change it, the administrator should edit it in the \[Users] screen after the user becomes active.
