You can schedule a plan downgrade by meeting certain conditions. However, it will not take effect immediately and will be reflected from the next renewal date.
A. Downgrades will take effect from the next renewal date.
To perform a downgrade, you must meet the following conditions.
Condition: Check Storage Usage
You must meet one of the following criteria:
- Your current storage usage is below the capacity limit of the target plan.
- Or, the automatic storage addition setting is ON.
If neither condition is met, the downgrade reservation operation will result in an error and be blocked.
Constraints After Reservation
- While a downgrade reservation is set, all other plan and option change operations will be disabled.
- If you wish to make another change, you must first cancel the reservation by confirming the UI text and display location of the “Cancel Change” button.
Additional Notes
- The downgrade is a “reservation” and will not take effect immediately.
- Changes to the payment cycle (monthly ⇔ yearly) are also reservation-based.
