A. Changes will be reflected from the next renewal date. They will not switch immediately after the operation.

Applicable Operations

The following operations will all be in a “scheduled” state and will take effect on the next renewal date.
  • Downgrading to a lower plan
  • Changing the payment cycle (annual → monthly, or monthly → annual)

Scheduled Change Display

  • While scheduled, a “Cancel Change” button will be displayed in the admin panel.

Restrictions During Scheduling

  • While a change is scheduled, no other plan changes or option changes are allowed.
  • If you wish to make another change, please first cancel the current schedule using “Cancel Change”.

Additional Information

  • Upgrades (changes to a higher plan) are applied immediately.
  • Changes that are applied immediately will incur prorated calculations.
