The prorated difference from the change date to the end of the month will be charged immediately. Example: If upgraded on May 15- Prorated difference for May 15 to 31 (17/31 of the month)
- From the following month, the new plan’s monthly fee will apply
In the case of an annual payment plan (fixed rule for renewal date)
- The next renewal date is determined based on the date the paid plan was first contracted.
- Upgrading during the term will not change this renewal date.
- Initial charge: Prorated fee for the first month (21/31 of the month) + lump sum for the remaining 11 months
- Next renewal date: January 1 of the following year (fixed every January 1 thereafter)
- Charges: Prorated difference for May 15 to 31 + difference for June to December (7 months)
- Next renewal date: Remains January 1 of the following year
Additional Notes
- Downgrades or changes to the payment cycle are not applied immediately and will take effect from the next renewal date (no prorated calculation will occur).
