You can schedule a plan downgrade by meeting the conditions. However, it will not take effect immediately; it will be reflected from the next renewal date.

A. The downgrade will take effect from the next renewal date.

To perform a downgrade, you must meet the following conditions.

Condition: Check Storage Usage

You must meet one of the following:
  • Your current storage usage is below the capacity limit of the target plan.
  • Or, the automatic storage addition setting is ON.
If neither condition is met, the downgrade reservation operation will result in an error and will be blocked.

Constraints After Reservation

  • While a downgrade reservation is set, all other plan and option change operations will be disabled.
  • If you wish to make another change, you must first cancel the reservation by confirming the UI text and display location of the “Cancel Change” button.

Additional Information

  • The downgrade is a “reservation” and will not take effect immediately.
  • Changes to the payment cycle (monthly ⇔ yearly) are also by reservation.
