The behavior differs based on the automatic addition settings. By default, automatic billing will occur.
A. Depending on the settings, either automatic billing or data writing will be blocked.
When Automatic Addition is ON (Default)
- When the storage limit is reached, additional storage options to cover the shortfall will be automatically purchased and added.
- The additional unit is 100GB (20,000 yen/month).
When Automatic Addition is OFF
- The moment the storage limit is reached, data addition and uploads will be systematically blocked.
- It will enter a “read-only” state where only viewing, downloading, and deleting are possible.
Pre-Alert Notifications
Alert emails will be sent progressively when the storage usage reaches the following percentages:- 80% reached
- 90% reached
- 95% reached
