The behavior varies depending on the storage auto-add settings. By default, automatic billing will occur.
A. Depending on the settings, either automatic billing or data write blocking will occur.
When Auto-Add Setting is ON (Default)
- When the storage limit is reached, storage options to cover the shortfall will be automatically purchased and added.
- Additions are made in units of 100GB (¥20,000/month).
When Auto-Add Setting is OFF
- The moment the storage limit is reached, data addition and uploads will be systematically blocked.
- It will enter a “Read-Only” state where only viewing, downloading, and deleting are possible.
Pre-Alert Notifications
Alert emails will be sent progressively when the storage reaches the following percentages:- 80% reached
- 90% reached
- 95% reached
