A prompt is an “instruction text for meeting summarization”, while a custom field is an “item for integrating with CRMs such as Salesforce”.

A. Prompts are instructions for summarization; custom fields are items for CRM integration.

  • Prompt: Instruction text for meeting summaries. It tells the AI what content to output and in what format.
    • Example: Output decisions / ToDos / discussion points in this order
    • Example: Include the assignee and due date for each ToDo
  • Custom field: Defines items (input fields) for integration with CRMs such as Salesforce.
    • Example: Deal name, product name, sales stage
